2. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or different from what you ordered, please let us know promptly. We’ll review the issue and provide the appropriate remedy in line with applicable South African consumer law.

3. Change-of-Mind Returns

Change-of-mind returns are handled according to the nature of the product, our applicable policy and South African consumer law. This does not limit any statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

4. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the applicable payment method and subject to the relevant payment provider’s processing times.
